Do you ship internationally?

No, at this moment we are only able to ship within the United States.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We get to work on your order to process it and ship it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders after they're placed. If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to return it for a refund since we cannot intercept shipments. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order. Please email community@mpowerd.com to check if cancelation is possible..

Do you have a price-match policy?

Unfortunately, we do not have a price-match policy in place. This means that we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments for price differences if you find our Luci solar lights at a lower price through another retailer. 

Can I receive a price adjustment for my recent purchase of Luci solar lights from mpowerd.com, now that they are on sale?

Our promotions and pricing are dynamic, based on various factors such as inventory levels and marketing campaigns. Regrettably, we are unable to offer price adjustments for previous orders. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on any special deals, sales, and promotions we have in the future.

How do I track my order?

After you've placed your order, our products typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once the product has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. From here, you can check the status of your brand new MPOWERD product(s) by clicking on the "Track my order" button in the email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, and PayPal.

I forgot to add my promo code. What should I do?

No worries, if the code was eligible at the time of purchase, just send an email to community@mpowerd.com and we’ll apply it to your order.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this moment we are only able to ship within the United States.

What are your shipping methods?

UPS is our carrier for domestic and international orders. Please note that we do not ship to PO box addresses. Once you reach the checkout page you will have the option of ground, express and next day-shipping Please note that all free-shipping orders ship via UPS SurePost, which is a service where your local post office makes the final delivery rather than UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on where you are shipping the order. Costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping address, so you'll see the total shipping cost before you buy.

We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $95 (excludes Alaska, and Hawaii). Given the cost of our products, it may be worth adding an extra item to your cart and take advantage of this offer.

When can I expect my order?

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. It can take 2/3 business days (48 to 72 hours) for our team to process, pack, and ship orders. National holidays may extend the processing time. Once shipped, depending on where you live, your order can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to be delivered if the shipping method is UPS Ground or UPS SurePost. Please be aware that even with express shipping methods, your order will still undergo our standard 2/3 business day processing time.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, you have the option of selecting UPS 2nd day or overnight delivery at checkout. Please note that your order still requires the 2/3 business days for processing regardless of the shipping method selected.

How do I track my order?

We offer discounts for first-time customers who sign up to our newsletter.

Please note that promotional codes cannot be double stacked and can only be applied once per order. Our system supports the use of a single promotional code per order to ensure fairness and accurate discounts.

How do I apply a discount or coupon?

To apply your discount code, simply enter the code at checkout and hit the "Apply" button.

Can I purchase a gift card?

You’re not able to purchase an online gift card. We are, however, able to issue an online purchase code in any amount of your choice. If you would like to buy one, please contact us directly at community@mpowerd.com.

We sometimes offer discount codes in special circumstances during natural disasters or humanitarian crises in order to help those in need. These codes are offered to non-profits, NGOs, or anyone looking to make large purchases for the purpose of aid relief.
